<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oblique stretched film useful as an optical film which can be prepared at a low cost, has a relatively thin thickness, is free from wrinkles and irregularity in thickness, is excellent in precision, hardly causes size change and in-plane retardation value change in the lapse of time and is excellent in stability of optical characteristics, and to provide a retardation film and a composite optical member using the oblique stretched film. <P>SOLUTION: The oblique stretched film consists of a long-size resin film comprising a polypropylene based resin and an alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin, wherein an angle of the orientation axis with respect to the film width direction is 1 to 85°. Further, the retardation film using the oblique stretched film, and the composite optical member consisting of a laminated body of the retardation film and other optical member are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
