PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care aid capable of assisting a care-receiver in walking and standing, allowing a care-taker to easily attend the care-receiver close to the care-receiver without always gripping the aid in such a way as a conventional nursing care belt, capable of preventing the care-receiver from sliding off a wheelchair, and capable of securing the safety of the care-receiver while relieving the burdens on the care-taker. SOLUTION: The nursing care aid includes a first belt to be wound around the body of the care-receiver, and a second belt to be hooked on a person or object located in the rear of the care-receiver. In the second belt, a first point between one end and the intermediate part of the first belt in the longitudinal direction and a second point between the other end and the intermediate part of the first belt in the longitudinal direction are coupled or can be coupled with each other, and a region enclosed by the second belt is adjacently formed in the rear of a region enclosed by the first belt.
