<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that since an artificial satellite manufactured using conventional artificial satellite technologies generates low power, there has been no choice but to launch ultra-compact artificial satellites in a plurality of separate times, conventional electric circuits cannot reduce power consumption, a large amount of technological development cost is still required, and a usage charge for an off-patent GPS affects product prices, hindering a price decline below 10,000 yen even now. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides the most novel technology for manufacturing a light and high-power generating artificial satellite. The artificial satellite manufactured using the novel technology includes: a new ultra-light double-pendulum type mechanical generator; a high-power solar panel; a high-power generating circuit; and a high-power converter for instantaneously converting heat into magnetoelectricity.
