PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel reforming device and an exhaust gas recirculation system equipped with the same capable of effectively utilizing waste heat and supplying reforming finished fuel with stable characteristics. SOLUTION: The fuel reforming device 20 includes: a reformed fuel gas introduction passage 13 introducing reformed fuel FL2sprayed and vaporized in a high temperature low oxygen concentration gas GEXin which the temperature of combustion exhaust gas or the like emitted from an internal combustion engine is high and its oxygen concentration is low, together with the high temperature low oxygen concentration gas GEX; a molecular sieving structure molded body 30 having a predetermined pore diameter; a molecular sieving structure molded body storage part 21 storing the molecular sieving structure molded body 30; and a reforming finished fuel delivery passage 14 causing the reformed fuel FL2to show a catalytic cracking (cracking) reaction by the molecular sieving structure molded body 30 making use of the heat energy of the high temperature low oxygen concentration gas GEXin the molecular sieving structure molded body storage part 21, and delivering the obtained reforming finished fuel FL3. The fuel reforming device 20 is disposed on the middle of exhaust gas recirculation flow passages 13, 14 allowing an exhaust gas flow passage to communicate with an intake gas flow passage in the exhaust gas recirculation system 1.
