<p>The invention discloses a method for port-blocking in Ethernet protection. When a node in a protected link sets the state of a port to be a blocked state, a port block notification protocol frame is sent from the port, to notify the node at the other end of the link in which the port locates to block the port which receives the protocol frame; after receiving the port block notification protocol frame, the node at the other end sets the state of the port which receives the port block notification protocol frame to be a blocked state. The invention also discloses a system for port-blocking in Ethernet protection simultaneously. With the schemes of the invention, the node ports at both ends of a link can be blocked in Ethernet protection which is in the scenario of link switching, etc., so that bandwidth resource waste, due to protected data entering the link when only the port at one end of the link is blocked, is avoided.</p> |
