PURPOSE: A gear box assembly for both acceleration and deceleration for an auger excavating device is provided to rotate an excavation rod slower of faster than a deceleration output shaft of a planetary gear decelerator, thereby providing an effect of three auger excavating devices with a single auger excavating device. CONSTITUTION: A left side interlocking shaft(7) supports an upper and lower end to a fifth and sixth supporting bearing respectively in order to be able to rotate. A right side interlocking shaft(8) supports an upper and lower end to a seventh and eighth supporting bearing respectively in order to be able to rotate. A left and right large sized gear(9b,9c) is installed in an upper end of the left and right interlocking shaft respectively in order to gear simultaneously from both sides of a small gear(9a) of an acceleration shaft(3). A left and right small and medium sized gear(9e,9f) is installed in a bottom end of the left and right interlocking shaft respectively in order to gear simultaneously from both sides of a medium gear of a deceleration shaft(4).
