PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet on which hot-dip galvanizing or hot-dip galvannealing is executed with a steel sheet containing relatively large amount of Si as a base material at a low cost while improving the plating wettability and micro-unevenness, and to provide the hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet. SOLUTION: In the hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet, a plating layer containing, by mass, Fe:8.0-15% and Al:0.15-0.50% is provided on a surface of a base steel sheet having the chemical composition containing C: 0.01-0.25%, Si: 0.3-2.0%, Mn: 0.030-3.0%, P:≤0.050%, S:≤0.010%, N:≤0.0060%, and sol.Al:≤0.5%. The thickness of a base metal side decarburization layer at the interface between the plating layer and the base steel sheet is≤20μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
