PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonograph which receives ultrasonic waves coming from a subject with reduced noise. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe 2 is provided with a second piezoelectric part 22 which is provided with a second piezoelectric element provided with a piezoelectric material and converting an electric signal and an ultrasonic signal from one to the other by using piezoelectric phenomena. In the second piezoelectric element of the second piezoelectric part 22, one element has a plurality of grooves G formed in one surface and having different widths along the direction of a sound axis, and an electrode layer 221 formed along the surfaces of the grooves G.
