PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a piezoelectric actuator which can make the behavior of an active part causing a leakage of electric charges close to that of a normal active part. SOLUTION: A driver IC 47 which drives the piezoelectric actuator includes a plurality of charge routes 55 and a plurality of discharge routes 56 connected respectively to a plurality of active parts 46 of the piezoelectric actuator, a charge side constant current source 50 connected to each of the plurality of active parts 46 via the plurality of charge routes 55, a discharge side constant current source 51 connected to each of the plurality of active parts 46 via the plurality of discharge routes 56, and a plurality of current managing circuits 57 which are provided respectively to the plurality of charge routes 55 to give and take a charging current between two charge routes 55 by connecting the corresponding charge route 55 with another charge route 55.
