PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily reduce the period of time between time when a resend request is received and time when a data frame is resent. SOLUTION: A mobile station device 12 communicates with a base station device by a time division multiplexing duplexing scheme, and in response to the resend request transmitted from the base station device, resends the data frame relating to the resend request to the base station device. The mobile station device 12 includes a data frame resend timing determining part 40 which determines timing of resending the data frame relating to the resend request based on timing of receiving the resend request so that the timing difference between the resend request receiving timing and the timing of resending the data frame relating to the resend request approaches a reference required period of time between time when the resend request is received and time when the data frame is resent.
