Disclosed is a cross-linking agent for cross-linkable elastomers, which has better heat resistance and higher cross-linking rate than triallylisocyanurate (TAIC). The cross-linking agent for cross-linkable elastomers comprises a triazine derivative represented by general formula (I) or a prepolymer thereof. In formula (I), at least two of X, Y, and Z each independently represent a diallylamino group, a monoallylamino group, or an allyl-methylamino group, and the rest represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group which may be substituted.
