The device (2) has two portions (2', 2'') provided with an identical surface area and connected to the device by a hinge (2''') i.e. film hinge, where the device is made of a synthetic plastic material. One of the portions has an access window (20') to an information area (3), and the other portion is folded on the former portion to close the window. A transit slot (21'') is provided for a ring (21') of the former portion, and cooperates with a closure unit e.g. padlock, in a position for covering the window. A glue layer i.e. resin, is provided on a back side of the former portion.
