PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of personal information and unauthorized line connection. SOLUTION: A communication system includes a mobile terminal device 10 and a service providing server 20 that manages telephone-directory information and provides a service for transmitting a call on the basis of a call request of the mobile terminal device. The mobile terminal device 10 has a call request means 121 for transmitting reference information of a preset recipient and authentication information to be used for authentication in transmitting/receiving information to/from the service providing server to the service providing server. The service providing server 20 has an authentication means 221 for authenticating the mobile terminal device on the basis of the authentication information, and a recipient determining means 231 for selecting recipient information from the telephone-directory information registered in advance, on the basis of the reference information, when authentication is successful.
