<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of continuing a service in synchronism with a network even when the network used in a telephone system is switched from a synchronous network to an IP network. <P>SOLUTION: A line interface 14 that the communication device 1 has separates down signals into data and clocks by a CDR 161 and a time information extraction part 162 extracts time information included in the data. The time information extraction part 162 generates and outputs frame data to be the reference of synchronization on the basis of a position to which the time information of the data is inserted. The other separated clock and frame data are inputted to a selector 164, and the selector 164 selects and outputs the signals of either one of the clock and the frame data on the basis of the determination of the time information extraction part 162, and the respective parts of the communication device 1 are operated on the basis of the clock generated from the signals outputted from the selector 164. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
