PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorter for electronic components that acquires sorting information of the electronic components stored in a vessel, even if the vessel is removed from a vessel position section, and to provide a reading device of the sorting information. SOLUTION: The sorter 1 of electronic components includes a plurality of vessels 8, that are attachably/removably arranged in a vessel-arranging section 52 and store the electronic components sorted, according to the measurement result of predetermined characteristics; a storage section disposed in each vessel 8; and a plurality of reading/writing sections 54, that are arranged corresponding to respective vessels 8, arranged in the vessel-arranging section 52 and write the sorting information of the electronic components stored in respective containers 8, in respective storage sections.
