PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking force control device for improving increase responsiveness of target deceleration in BBW control. SOLUTION: The target deceleration is calculated based on master cylinder pressure P and a stepping stroke quantity S of a brake pedal 1 in a state of cutting off communication between a master cylinder 2 and wheel cylinders 3FR-3RR. Its calculation sets temporary target deceleration of a large value as the target deceleration Gf among master side temporary target deceleration Gp determined based on the master cylinder pressure and stroke side temporary target deceleration Gs determined based on the stepping stroke quantity S.
