PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet excellent in antimicrobial performance and safe to human body; to provide a method for producing the same; to provide an antimicrobial formed product using the same; and to provide a method for producing the formed product. SOLUTION: The sheet is provided, which is characterized by being obtained by compounding a sheet with, as an antimicrobial agent, an avian influenza virus inactivator with a smoked liquid as an active ingredient.
