PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of correctly feeding a conveying object in a conveying direction especially at a rear end of the conveying object in the conveying direction by accurately predicting a rotation behavior of a rotating body not provided with a detector, and to provide a liquid injection device having the conveying device. SOLUTION: The conveying device includes: a conveying mechanism 10 composed so as to convey a sheet P by the rotation of a paper feed roller 11 and a paper discharge roller 12; a detection sensor 50 for detecting the rotation behavior value of the paper feed roller 11; and a controller 20 which expresses the conveying mechanism 10 by a state equation based on an equivalent model, obtains a predicting rotation behavior value of the paper feed roller 11 by the state equation, and predicts the rotation behavior value of the paper discharge roller 12 by feedbacking the difference between the predicting rotation behavior value and a detecting rotation behavior value of the paper feed roller 11 detected by the detection sensor 50 to the state equation.
