<p>Provided is a laminated secondary battery wherein no short-circuit occurs even if an electrode sheet is not covered with insulating resin. Specifically provided is a laminated secondary battery in which a positive electrode sheet (21) and a negative electrode sheet are stacked to face each other with a separator (26) therebetween. The positive electrode sheet (21) and/or the negative electrode sheet has both surfaces covered with the separator (26). The separator (26) comprises fusion joint portions (24) which are fused at intervals around the positive electrode sheet (21) or the negative electrode sheet, a fusion sealing portion (25) which is fused continuously to the inner periphery and the outer periphery of the fusion joint portions (24) and between the adjacent fusion joint portions (24), and a separator protruding portion (28). The length (L1) of the separator protruding portion (28) satisfies L1=L2×C, where L2 is the length in the length direction of the separator (26) except the length of the separator protruding portion (28), and C is the heat contraction percentage in the length direction of the separator (26).</p> |
