PURPOSE: A continuous pressing type carbon dioxide stabilizing apparatus is provided to efficiently fix carbon dioxide to incinerated bottom ash based on municipal solid wastes and reduce the discharging amount of the carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: Municipal solid wastes are pulverized and sifted to obtain fine powder. The particle size of the fine powder is 150um or less. Distilled water is introduced into the fine powder to be in a slurry state. The contact area of the slurry with respect to the outside is maximized by introducing the slurry in a box-shaped container. The slurry is injected into a high pressure carbonating unit. The pressure of carbon dioxide is successively raised by installing doors equipped with sealing units at entrance and an exit. A pH meter is installed to measure the change of pH according to a carbonating reaction.
