<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack device 1 improved in power generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the cell stack device 1, a fuel cell 3 is provided with: a conductive support 10 having a first reactant gas passage 9 inside; a laminate having an inner electrode layer 11, a solid electrolyte layer 12, and an outer electrode layer 13 laminated in this order; and an inter-connector 14, wherein the space between the adjoining fuel cells 3 is constituted as a second reactant gas passage 8. The current collector member 4 has a plurality of sets formed continuously with: a pair of current collection pieces 4a, 4b which connect the outer electrode layer 13 of one of adjoining fuel battery cells 3 and the inter-connector 14 of the other adjoining fuel battery cell 3; and a connection part 4c which connects the end parts of the pair of current collection pieces 4a, 4b as one set. A side plate part 4e which extends along the arrangement direction of the fuel battery cell 3 is provided on the fuel battery cell 3 side which is connected to the connection part 4c and is connected to the current collector member 4 at the outer electrode layer 13.
