PURPOSE: A method of constructing a reinforcing panel of a building's wall and a reinforcing structure of a building's wall using a reinforcing panel are provided to enhance working efficiency and constructability since a reinforcing panel is molded on a wall constructing site. CONSTITUTION: A method of constructing a reinforcing panel(20) of a building's wall is as follows. The wall of a building is constructed. A paste material is put into a form for a reinforcing panel installed on a wall constructing site and then the paste material is cured to form a plate form of a reinforcing panel. One or more reinforcing panels are fixed to the surface of the wall in a fixed pattern to reinforce the wall.
