A method of packing fresh food ready for consumption includes product preparation, its cutting if necessary, and placement in the package. The food products are placed in the package by portions, and in the lower part of the package a piston with a rod is inserted and for extrusion of the product from the package a mechanical force is applied on the rod, which moves the piston displacing the product upward. |
