The method involves triggering a group of calls to a destination of a target line, and expecting a predetermined period sufficiently long for the telephone line being set in a busy state. A new call is triggered to the destination of the telephone line, and the group calls are stopped at end of another predetermined period, longer than the former predetermined period and sufficiently short for not allowing ringing of the telephone from the line. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program comprising a set of instructions for implementing a method for directly accessing an attendant of a telephone line configured to send a telephone call received when the line is busy to the attendant (2) a computing server hosting a computer program comprising a set of instructions for implementing a method for directly accessing an attendant of a telephone line configured to send telephone call received when the line is busy to the attendant.
