PURPOSE: An optical-semiconductor device is provided to radiate uniform color light over all angles since the thickness is thin and color angular dependency is low. CONSTITUTION: In an optical-semiconductor device, a seal resin layer buries an optical semiconductor device. An optical semiconductor sealing sheet including a wavelength conversion layer(2) which is directly or indirectly laminated on the sealing resin layer is formed on a semiconductor device mounting substrate, and the sealing resin layer is faced with the substrate. The wavelength conversion layer is formed on the upper part in which optical semiconductor device(3) is buried and is not formed on the side thereof. |
