PURPOSE: A transmission method in a wireless telecommunications system and an apparatus thereof are provided to efficiently transmit control information by transmitting a physical uplink control channel with a multiple antenna mode. CONSTITUTION: A physical downlink control channel is received. A physical downlink shared channel directed by the physical downlink control channel is received. An ACK(Acknowledgement) and NACK(Negative Acknowledgment) of the physical downlink shared channel is transmitted through a physical uplink control channel. The format of the physical uplink control channel for the ACK and the NACK is selected in consideration of the number of aggregated carriers.
