PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve transmissivity by forming a buffer layer the incident side of a transparent electrode. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell comprises: a substrate; a photoelectric conversion unit including at least one semiconductor layer; a transparent electrode interposed between the substrate and the photoelectric conversion unit; and a buffer layer interposed between the substrate and the transparent electrode.
