PURPOSE: A card point supplying method and apparatus thereof are provided to pre-supply point according to the agreement of the month spent money. CONSTITUTION: Prepayment point is determined according to the month use agreement amount of a card(S305). The first point accumulation rate is determined according to the month use agreement amount(S310). First point accumulate rate is applied(S320). The month spent money of the card applies the fixed second point accumulation rate.
