PURPOSE: An authentication system and authentication control apparatus are provided to improve reliability of authentication by performing distinguish of an authentication control apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An authentication control apparatus(10) is movably installed in a specific position or location. The authentication control apparatus is connected to a portable terminal(20) and the portable terminal transmits predetermined data. The portable terminal transmits information data to a management server(40). A network(30) communicates possibly between the portable terminal and the management server. The management server receives and stores information data trough the network. The management server transmits authentication information to the portable terminal.
