PURPOSE: A cooling device is provided to greatly save costs since there is no need to operate a plurality of cooling devices even if heating and cooling operations are simultaneously needed. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device comprises compressors(111,112), a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger and a third heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger is connected to the compressors and is heat-exchanged with a load unit for heating. The second heat exchange is connected to the first heat exchanger and is heat-exchanged with a load unit for cooling. The third heat exchanger is pipe-separated between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, its one end is connected and the other end is connected to the compressors. |
