A pole float connector 1 is provided for attaching a pole float 6 to a fishing line 9. The connector comprises means 8 for securing a pole float connector 1 to a pole float 6 and attachment means for attaching a pole float connector 1 to a fishing line 9. The attachment means preferably comprises an open wire coil so that the line can be attached or detached without having to be threaded through a closed eye. The connector overcomes the problem with conventional devices which can only be attached to or detached from a fishing line by removing the line from the fishing pole. |
