PURPOSE: An illumination apparatus using an independent electric power source is provided to reduce power consumption while reducing construction costs for each process. CONSTITUTION: In an illumination apparatus using an independent electric power source, an independent electric power generation unit generates electric energy. A first charge controller charges a super capacitor(419) using the electric energy. A first charge controller charges a secondary battery using the electric energy. A switch(170) generates a light driving signal and an illuminance control signal. A discharge controller(519) discharges the electric energy which is stored in the supper capacitor firstly when receiving the light driving signal. An illuminance controller controls an illumination value according to the inputted illuminance control signal when receiving the illuminance control signal. A light unit(429) is controlled by a discharge controller and changes the brightness and color.
