METHOD OF TREATING NONSEMINOMATOUS TESTICULAR CANCER

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves a surgical intervention and polychemotherapy with the first chemotherapy course being intraoperative, intravenous introduction of etoposide 100 mg/m2 following incubation with autoblood 100 ml, while cisplatin 100 mg/m2 is introduced in a testicular artery after vessel clamping of the testicular vein and expositions in an affected organ for 30 min. Then the vessel clamps are removed with a vasculature shunt followed with carrying out high funicular ligature. In 7 days, the patient's blood is sampled in the amount 150 ml in two sterile bottles with Glugicirum: the 1st one is added with etoposide 100 mg/m2, while the second one - with cisplatin 100 mg/m2; both bottles are incubated for 30 min at 37C and sequentially reinfused to the patient intravenously drop-by-drop with 2 another procedures in 1 and 2 weeks. ^ EFFECT: use of the invention allows ensuring complete metastases regression in the retroperitoneal lymph nodes and lungs due to intraoperative vasculature chemosanation with the preparation incubated with autoblood, chemotherapeutic tumour exposure to intraarterial drug delivery directly to a centre of the malignant growth and its intraorgan incubation. ^ 1 ex
