A vehicle identification method includes reading and recognition with the help of specialized information carrier software and across it identification of a vehicle as an identification object. The identification process is conducted by means of reading a bar code as an information carrier applied in advance to information object wind screen. The bar-code reading is led with a infrared range scanning laser beam and a photoreceiver. The vehicle identification is performed by a read bar code.
