PURPOSE: A food plate prewashing device is provided to remove food waste from a food plate by using a rapidly rotating washing part before a washing process. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) has a fixed internal space. A food plate feed hopper(20) is formed on the upper one side of the housing. A food plate is inserted into the food plate feed hopper. A food plate outlet(30) is formed in the top other side of the housing A high pressure jet cleaning part(50) is installed on the food plate movable part in order to spraying water to the food plate.
