PURPOSE: A timber chopping board, in which moisture exhaust facilitates, is provided to increase the service life and to increase food cutting efficiency by preventing the deformation of a chopping board. CONSTITUTION: A timber chopping board(51) has a fixed size. Groove(52,53) is formed in both end points of the chopping board in a longitudinal direction. An isolation member partitions from a bottom part and discharge the water collected at one end of the board. |
