A communication apparatus of the present invention relaying at least one mobile communication terminal to perform wireless communication with a base station includes: an electric field intensity detecting means that detects an electric field intensity in the wireless communication between said communication apparatus and said mobile communication terminal; and a receiving means that receives a signal that includes information on an electric field intensity in the wireless communication between said mobile communication terminal and said base station or includes information on an electric field intensity in the communication between mobile communication terminals and information on an electric field intensity in the wireless communication between said mobile communication terminal and the base station.
