PURPOSE: An exercise device equipped with a hinge unit is provided to facilitate carrying thereof by reducing the volume and length of an exercise device and to evenly distribute an impact to a shaft. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device equipped with a hinge unit comprises: a shaft(60) interlinking a head unit(40) and a handle; a hinge unit(100) which folded and unfolds the shaft; a shaft fixing groove(120) which connects and fixes the shaft; a shaft fixation pin(140) which is combined with the shaft fixing groove; a folding cap release prevention pin(200) which prevents release of the hinge unit; and a spring(240) for withdrawing the fixing cap. |
