PURPOSE: A method and device for removing a noise signal from an input signal are provided to perform a step of determines whether a n audio signal is included in a received input signal or not to use a VAD(Voice Activity Detection) algorithm. CONSTITUTION: An input signal is received(110). The energy size of an input signal is detected(120). A noise signal including the input signal is estimated(130). A middle output signal is generated by removing a noise signal estimated from an input signal(140). Difference between the energy size of a middle output signal and the energy size of an input signal is a base. A final output signal is generated by amplifying the energy size of a middle output signal(150).
