PURPOSE: A writing animation message transmission apparatus capable of preventing a spam message and method thereof are provided to prevent a spam message by examining a calling number or a reception number including descrambling writing animation message in a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A calling/received number reception unit(405) receives one or more numbers among a calling number or a reception number inputted to an MMS(Multimedia Message Service). Coordinate information constitutes writing information inputted from a user. A writing animation message including one or more numbers among the coordinate information and time information is created. A control unit(411) controls a writing animation message transmission apparatus for storing the calling number or the reception number in a specific area of the writing animation message.
