PURPOSE: A polymer coating aluminum bus-bar and an electric power distribution box including the same are provided to enhance the radiation heat transfer amount by increasing the aluminum emissivity over 0.9 by coating the polymer in which the emissivity is high on the surface of an aluminum bus-bar of cylindrical or board-shape to the several tens micron thickness, thereby controlling the rising of the temperature of the aluminum bus-bar. CONSTITUTION: A barred body(11) of a polymer coating aluminum bus-bar is formed into cylindrical or board-shape and composed of aluminum materials. A high molecular material layer(13) which is selected among oil based paint, varnish, and ceramics in which emissivity is over 0.9 is coated on the surface of the barred body to the thickness of 10~30μm.
