PURPOSE: A digital broadcast receiver and control method thereof are provided to open a condition of CP(Content Provider) while searching for desired content based on a keyword. CONSTITUTION: A signal selecting a specific keyword is received(S1101). One or more CP offering the content related to the specific keyword is searched for(S1102). A first list is displayed for identifying one or more CP(S1103). The signal for selecting a specific CP is received on a first list(S1104). A second list is displayed on a second list(S1105).
