Each clip is provided with a semi rigid strap (6) equipped with a spring hook (8). Each clip is constituted of a body (1) equipped with a cross bar (11) facing toward lower arms (10). Each clip is provided with a lever (2) articulated on the cross bar of the body of the clip by a yoke pin (3). The lever has a spring (4) passing around the yoke pin.
