The system (1) has a locking plate (25) extended in a plane transversal to a transversal bearing structure (13). The plate has a width that is less than that of a front side of a semi-rigid or flexible blank sheet e.g. paper sheet, where the width of the plate is dimensioned to only cover a linear portion of the front side of the sheet. A locking plate support device (27) is mounted on the structure, and has bellows (39, 41, 43) that are acted on the plate and maintain a linear contact between the plate and the front side of the sheet when the front side of the sheet is locked on the plate. An independent claim is also included for a sheet cutting and/or printing machine comprising a semi-rigid/flexible blank sheet locking system. |
