The post (1) has a movable discarding plate (10) that is pivotingly movable around a pivoting axle (11). The plate includes a receiving unit (50) that is cooperated with a maintaining unit of a pallet to allow the pallet to immobilize on the plate. A pivoting control unit pivotingly controls the plate around the axle that is actuated by a manipulator (6). The control unit comprises a cross-bar that is provided with an actuation component identical to a gripping component of the pallet. The maintaining unit is remotely placed from the gripping component.
