摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element housing container that has more improved airtightness reliability while employing a method of joining an end plate and a side-wall member together with an adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element housing container 11 includes a bottom-plate member 12 as the end plate and the side-wall member 30 joined to the bottom-plate member 12, and can house a piezoelectric element therein, and is characterized in that the bottom-plate member 12 is provided with a fitted-in portion 70 which is fitted in an inner peripheral surface of the side-wall member 30 and an abutting portion 72 which abuts against a joining-side end face of the side-wall member 30, at least one recessed groove 74 as a step portion is formed between the fitted-in portion 70 and abutting portion 72, and the side-wall member 30 is provided with a projection portion 80 which is positioned between the fitted-in portion 70 and abutting portion 72 in the joining state, and has a step between the projection portion 80 and a bottom-surface portion 83 and also forms a gap between the projection portion 80 and the recessed groove 74 of the bottom-plate member 12, the gap being filled with the adhesive 90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
