<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assessing a medicament or radiation sensitivity using such new cancer tissue-derived cell aggregates or cancer cell aggregates as to be capable of accurately reflecting the behavior of cancer cells in vivo. <P>SOLUTION: The assessment method comprises the following process: first, cancer tissue-derived cell aggregates or cancer cell aggregates are prepared from an individual; a medicament or radiation is applied in vitro to such new cancer tissue-derived cell aggregates or cancer cell aggregates to assess the aggregates' proliferation state, judge the life or death thereof or conduct a signal analysis, thus carrying out the assessment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
