PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle including a step board frame reducing weight and costs, and enhancing flexibility of layout of the underside of an engine. SOLUTION: Step boards 71L and 71R for mounting driver's feet are fixed to a motorcycle 10. These step boards 71L and 71R are supported by the step board frame 64. The step board frame 64 includes a pair of right and left floor pipes 91L and 91R extended in a vehicle longitudinal direction; a pair of right and left front stays 92L and 92R which are connected to the pair of right and left floor pipes 91L and 91R, and are extended upward, and are fastened to front brackets 61L and 61R, respectively; and a pair of right and left rear stays 93L and 93R which are connected to the pair of right and left floor pipes 91L and 91R, and are extended upward, and are fastened to rear brackets 62L and 62R, respectively.
