PURPOSE:To heighten safety in case of disposal, by improving the efficiency of the dehydration of discharged garbage. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a garbage charge port 2 connected to a drainage port of a sink, a cover body 24 for blocking the garbage charge port 2, a cylinder portion 3a located at a lower portion of the garbage charge port 2, a rotary plate 12. which is positioned at a lower portion of the cylinder portion 3a and crushes charged garbage, a motor 10 for driving the rotary plate 12 and a reed switch 5, which is disposed near the garbage charge port 2 and interrupts the motor 10 by sensing to a magnet 25 sealed into the cover body 24. Said cover body 24 is arranged in such a manner that it is inserted into the garbage charge port 2 in the axial direction, and its demounting can be prevented by turning it while its disconnecting can also be obviated at locations where the magnet 25 operates the reed switch 5. Thus, safety in case of disposal can be improved. |
