PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve job efficiency by shortening time for a medical employee to move between a nurse station and a sickroom. SOLUTION: Distance information from the sickroom to the nurse station and identification information of a nurse call slave set 1 are associated and stored in a storage part 13. Patient identification information, calling frequency information, and the identification information are associated and stored in the storage part 13. A determination part 15 compares the distance information and the calling frequency information for each identification information to determine whether beds are assigned appropriately to patients. Then, when the determination part 15 does not determine the assignment to be appropriate, the determination result is displayed on a display part 16. Consequently, whether the arrangement of the beds is appropriate or not is determined in consideration of the frequency of calling and the distance from the nurse station to the sickroom and the necessity of rearrangement of the beds of the patients is screen displayed.
